Congressman Mike Honda introduced H.R. 1377

On December 15, 2010, Congressman Mike Honda, Chair of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus, introduced H.R. 1377 to honor Norman Mineta.  In the wording of the resolution and in Congressman Honda’s floor statement, APIAVote’s Norman Y.
