Nevada Senator Harry Reid met on Oct. 16 with members of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF), the only national, multi-issue Asian Pacific American women’s organization in the country. The special event was held to discuss issues that are important to the Asian American community, particularly the need to end to human trafficking and making healthcare more affordable.
The Forum’s mission is to build a movement to advance social justice and human rights for Asian Pacific American women and girls.
