Participating in the census population count, which occurs every 10 years, is hugely impactful to our communities. It is used to determine how many representatives each state will have in Congress for the next 10 years. Moreover, census data is used to determine healthcare, transportation, schools, affordable housing, and higher education that your children and future generations need to get a good start and be successful.

By participating in the census, you make sure that you are counted to get your fair share of resources and representation!

Our districts, our neighborhoods, and our families are what makes our communities unique and strong. In every state, Asian American and Pacific Islander (“AAPI”) communities are growing and we should have a voice and a choice in representatives who share our values and backgrounds.
